Way to go LSU baseball!!!! Who would have ever thought that LSU would set the new SEC record for the most wins in a row? I didn’t. I don’t think that anybody could have. Winning over 20 games in a row in baseball is just insane. Not to mention SEC baseball in a year where most of the teams are pretty dang even. It’s really amazing, and one of the most impressive things we have ever witnessed in college sports. Congratulations LSU baseball!!!!!
Now would it be too much to ask you for a few more wins? We have the UC Irvine Anteaters coming to Baton Rouge for the super regionals on June 7th. They will then play again on Sunday, and again on Monday if neither team won two games. The winner of the best out of 3 series will go on to the college world series (CWS). LSU hasn’t done that since 2004. Just two more wins LSU and we will be back in the big game!!
