LSU Fall Practice Starting

Today our Tigers started the LSU Fall practice. All of our football players checked in and got fitted for uniforms on the Baton Rouge campus. Tomorrow they will split up into freshmen and others for the initial practices in shorts and helmets. The will progress rapidly until they will be practicing as a full unit in uniforms on August 8.
Would any of you know if it is possible to watch a practice? I know that LSU football practices are off limits to the public, but is there some way around that? I’m guessing that if you know the right people you can get a sneak peek. If any of you reading this are one of those “right people”, could you possibly hook Alec and me up? We sure would appreciate it. We’re really itching to see for ourselves where the quarterback position stands.
In other news, we are about to go ahead and sink some bucks into LSU season tickets. Are we crazy? Yep, probably so, but we just can’t resist it. Both of us agree that we would rather eat hot dogs for 3 meals a day than miss any games this year. Hustling for tickets to every game is just too difficult, so we’re going to suck it up and buy them all at once.
