Demetrius Byrd Scores!

Demetrius Byrd scored the second touchdown of the 2008 LSU season! Taking the pass from Andrew Hatch from around the 18 yard line, Byrd was wide open for the easy score. LSU is up 14-0 against Appalachian State late in the first quarter.
This was also Andrew Hatch’s 1st touchdown pass of the 2008 season. Hatch is looking extremely good so far. He’s under control, throwing very well, and appears to look like a seasoned quarterback. We’re praying that he continues like this. If he does, we really do have a shot at making another run for it this year.
