At the end of the 2007/2008 football season, my son (Alec) told me that he wanted to create a web site about LSU football. I (George) had been playing around with creating web sites for a bit, but I really didn’t know what I was doing. We decided to give it a shot, so the LSU Football site was born.
I really didn’t think that anyone would look at the site. I helped Alec to create pages on it. It didn’t look very good, but he loved it.
Then a few LSU football fans started reading what Alec was saying. He started having a few visitors ever day. Then all of a sudden he was getting up to 2,000 visitors a day. We were both shocked!
We knew that we needed to change this LSU fan site, but we wanted to wait until the end of the season. It’s now the end of the 2007/2008 LSU season, so we both worked our tails off to create this new and improved football fan site. We sure hope you all love it!
Alec is truly an LSU “freak”. He is a fanatic unlike any other little boy I have ever seen. He literally talks about the LSU Tigers all day long. He watches videos on YouTube about LSU. He watches Sports Center for any updates. He follows a lot of the other LSU sites for scoops. For a ten year old boy, the level of his passion for the Tigers just blows me away.
Everything that he posts on this site is viewed by me first to make sure he doesn’t get carried away (the boy is vocal lol), but I will assure you that these are his words. I help him with the spelling and grammar, and sometimes offer him my opinions, but the words are his. I may add some content from time to time, but we’ll let you know when that happens (like right now).
Feel free to get involved in this new LSU fan site. Alec loves to hear from everyone. That’s why the new site allows comments. Alec feeds off of the comments, and he is really thrilled about his new site.

Ah, I love the new site now that it’s got some content on it. Looks fantastic, even if I say so myself:p
I need to do a couple of revisions of the stylesheet, just noticed that when entering your Name and E-mail in the commenx box, the background color hasnt been set in those boxes, so you can’t see what you’re typing. I’ll get that sorted for you just now.
